This statement explains how Turgor Therapeutics GmbH (“TurgorTx”, “we”) processes personal data on turgor-tx.com. It applies to visitors in Switzerland and the European Economic Area.
This is a B2B cannabinoid formulation and licensing site. It is not a shop, not a consumer account portal and not a newsletter product. We collect as little as we need to answer a technical inquiry and to run the website.

What we process and why
Formulation and licensing inquiries
When you submit the contact form we process name, company, email, optional phone, area of interest (licensing, co-development, technology transfer or general) and your message. The purpose is to assess technical fit and reply. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); equivalent legitimate processing under the Swiss nFADP). We keep the inquiry for as long as needed to handle it and any related follow-up, then delete or archive it under statutory retention duties.
Website operation
Our host (Vercel) processes technical logs such as IP address, user agent and requested URLs in order to serve and secure the site. This is necessary to provide the service.
Optional statistics
If you opt in to statistics, and if a Google Tag Manager container is configured, we load analytics tags to understand aggregated use of the site (pages viewed, approximate geography, device class). This runs only after consent. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie preferences.

What we do not do
We do not run a D2C checkout, user accounts or a newsletter on this site. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels.

Recipients and transfers
Hosting is provided by Vercel. If you consent to statistics, Google LLC (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) processes measurement data. Google may process data in the United States; an EU–US data transfer mechanism (such as the Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses) applies where required. We do not disclose inquiry data except to people who need it to reply or where the law requires it.

Your rights
You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and receive a copy of data you provided. EEA visitors also have GDPR portability rights.
To exercise these rights, email us or use the contact form and identify yourself clearly. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB). If you are in the EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
